This information may be disclosed to our staff persons involved in the completion of your transaction, the delivery of your order or the analysis and support of your use of Boomerang. Your credit card information may be forwarded to your credit card provider.

4. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of the company.

b) Protection of Information We Collect

Boomerang offers a secure web page by Form Site to collect certain kinds of user information. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. The systems containing the Form Site data are password protected and well administered.

c. Length of Kept User Information

Boomerang keeps user data received from Form Site in our secured archives for as long as we reasonably need it or until a customer requests to have it removed. In this case we will immediately delete said person's information from our system.
