Where do I drop off my items and what is the pick-up and delivery schedule?

Pick ups and deliveries are available from the delivery location in your complex. Contact your building management or Boomerang to find out your delivery schedule and location.

All Boomerang accounts are serviced during regular office hours on pre-scheduled times and days. Your Human Resources department or Boomerang can provide you with the delivery schedule or location.

When will my items be ready?

Turnaround time is two days for regular orders. Please allow extra time for garments that require special attention.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement for our services, except for Wash 'n Fold, which has a minimum order requirement of $20.00.

We can provide door-to-door service in certain locations. Please contact us to see if you are on our route.

How do I let you know if I need a button replaced or call attention to a stain?

Simply fill out the Special Instructions section of the order ticket, indicating the missing button or stain location, and place the order ticket, along with your items, in the laundry and dry cleaning bags.

How do I pay for the service?

The most convenient way to pay is to use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Fill out a credit card authorization form and enclose it with your order. Forms are available at the drop-off location. Your credit card will be charged after each order, and your itemized receipt will be returned with your clothes.

If you prefer to pay by check, simply prepay each order by enclosing a check made payable to Boomerang and place it in your bag with each order. Order tickets include a price list.

Where do I get my order bag?

You can use our valet bags, which are readily available on site. Custom blue vinyl Boomerang bags are free of charge for return customers. We will automatically send the same bag back with your order.

What are Boomerang's Policies?

Items must be accompanied by an invoice, otherwise our invoice will be accepted as correct. Boomerang will not service items that may be damaged during the cleaning process. Garments requiring special cleaning will be assessed a surcharge. Boomerang is not responsible for changes to garments including fading, shrinking, color running, broken buttons, or damage due to ordinary wear and tear. There is a $15.00 minimum charge for Wash n' Fold. Prices are subject to change without notice.
